“My favorite GP article was in an issue about 2 months ago on being single. I had just been dumped 2 months ago by a guy who had cheated on me twice while we were together, and not only felt like a real fool, but a complete loser with nothing to look forward to, no matter what my friends at work said, that was how I felt.
That day I read your issue on why it’s cool to be a single chick with some girls from work, and remembered that I didn’t have to shave my legs that morning, or wear that bloody uncomfortable lacey underwear. It was a great feeling. Shiela made me realize that I wasn’t a loser, not by buttering me up and telling me what a good person I was and what an idiot he was (like my friends did) , but by pointing out that I’m still capable of having fun without a guy (and in my case, one that didn’t really care about me anyway)
In this day and age where there are all these articles in girl magazines on how to kiss, what to wear, how to impress that guy, it was relief to find an article that was pro-single.”

“It took me forever to find an e-zine for girls. I was beginning to hate the internet, when i stumbled upon your site.  When I entered the girlposse realm I was overwhelmed with joy.  First off the darn page actually worked, no things popped up saying that my computer made an illegal error! Smooth sailing-nice. I can read other girls thoughts, look up my horoscope, enter my stuff, and still be up to date with girly stuff. Awesome...truly cool.  I definatly plan on becoming a regular.
