The Flat Mate

Here's how it goes....I am in a flat with two guys. We get on really well, almost too well. One of them has told me he likes me. The timing is shocking because I was pretty much in love with him 5 months ago and it was so hard to feel like that and share a house with him but talked myself out of it because you don't 'screw the crew', that’s just an unwritten rule. It took a while but I got over it and he got a girlfriend so I really had to leave it. Anyway, now he's told me he wants to be with me and we are awesome friends and I don't know what I'm feeling for him, I just don't want to mess things up and I don't want to lose him as a friend. So far the situation is I've told him I can't go out with him because we're flatmates but I can't help thinking I've made a huge mistake.
