Bad Date Stories
Son of a Preacher Man

I'd been seeing this blue eyed, 'too cute' guy for a few months. Everything was going along smoothly. Well, that is until the night I planned to meet him at our local bar. I walked in and he was talking to a well endowed, pretty young thing. He gave me a hug and kiss hello, but didn't make any introductions. Sometimes if I don't recall the person's name I am talking to, I will avoid making introductions, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Not one to hang on any guy, I made my social calls around the bar, chatted with friends and made eye contact with my guy every now and then, HE would smile back but was obviously engrossed in his conversation. Four hours later he was still talking to the PYT. I headed out the door to go home. He came chasing after me asking where I was going. I said home. He wanted to come with me. I explained that he should probably go home with his new playmate. Typical male reaction was that I was just being silly and they were old friends catching up on old times. Uh huh. Sure they were. He insisted on leaving with me. Everything was normal for about 24 hours until I called him to arrange to meet up and he was not too pleasant and was on the other line and couldn't talk. Next thing I hear through the grape vine is that blue eyes is with PYT 24/7. She was pregnant within the month, and they were married the month after.

I at least got the last laugh. The last thing he wanted was a child. His family was religious so he did the right thing to marry her, according to his family. His plans for his future and his business venture were trashed and he now lives in the suburbs changing diapers and has no way to get out of his current employment position to pursue his dreams of having his own business. Sometimes there is justice.
