E For Extra Smooth

Vitamin E creme is great for softening rough skin such as on your elbows, knees, feet and anywhere that dry, rough skin needs some extra T. L. C. If you don't have any Vitamin E creme in your bathroom cabinet, try heading to the kitchen and whipping up a potion to soothe and moisturize your skin;

You Will Need:
1 Tablespoon White Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
1 Medium Sized Ripe Avocado
1 Egg Yolk

What To Do:
1. In bowl, mash the avocado with a fork or potato masher until smooth
2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolk, gradually adding in the vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice until all these ingredients are well blended.
3. Combine the mashed avocado with the rest of the ingredients and blend until thoroughly combined and creamy.
4. Apply the mixture to your skin where some T.L.C. is needed for those rough spots. Keep on for 15 minutes. Give yourself a facial whilst your waiting, so that you can pass the time and care for your face at the same time.
5. Rinse the mixture off in the shower feel the difference

Note: Some people have extra sensitive skin or are allergic to even the most natural of ingredients. If you fall into these categories or have any doubts about what you should and shouldn't use on your skin, be sure to check with your dermatologist before using any new mixture or product on your skin. Keep away from eyes and orifices.
