Chocolate Mint Truffles gifts of food
What you need:
1 cup heavy cream 2 10 ounce bags of mint chocolate chips
1/2 cup pistachio nuts chopped fine 2 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
What you do:
Heat cream to boil. Remove from heat Stir in chips until smooth pour ito a 13x9 pan and cover chill until firm (about 2 hours) form and roll into balls (melon baller works well)
Roll in cocoa, then nuts. Place in candy sized paper cups. Store in refrigerator.
