Ranch Mashed Potatoes side dish
What you need:
5 good sized baking potatoes 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 package dry ranch dressing mix about 1/2 - 1 cup milk, warmed 1/2 stick butter
What you do:
Scrub potatoes real well. Cut into even sized cubes. Put into pot and cover with water. Boil until a fork goes through easily. (about 20 minutes or so) Drain potatoes. Place in bowl,
imagine they’re your ex, and mash real good by hand. When you begin to feel better add some milk and butter. Blend with hand mixer on low. Add remaining ingredients while blending until
completely blended. Some chunks are OK. Eat warm!
