(We’re always trying to cook up something good for ya)

Roasted Garlic
snack

Garlic is a terrific low fat food and makes a great nutty flavored spread, perfect on a warm roll or slice of bread. Not only does it taste great, but it's good for you too!

What you need:

Garlic Bulbs
olive oil
lemon juice
bread or rolls

What you do:

Cut ½ inch off the top of a whole garlic bulb
Place on a sheet of aluminum foil
Drizzle a tablespoon of olive oil over the bulb
Drizzle a teaspoon of lemon juice over the bulb
Bring the foil up around the bulb to cover it
Roast at 375 º F for 50 minutes

Cool for 5 to 8 minutes, then squeeze out the soft garlic and enjoy!
