Shredded Chicken main meal
What you need:
1 can of white chicken meat (found near the tuna) 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup bread crumbs or crumbled crackers
What you do:
Put soup in saucepan. Shred the chicken with a fork while adding to the soup. Add crackers or bread crumbs. Cook over medium heat until bubbly. Serve on buns.
Makes approximately 6-8 sandwiches.
NOTE: This recipe easily doubles and triples for larger crowds. You can also cook all ingredients in a crock pot for a couple of hours on low heat.
