Taffy Apple Salad dessert
What you need:
4 med. apples 10-12 oz. can crushed pineapple 8 oz cool whip 12 oz can Spanish peanuts 1/2 cup sugar 1 T flour 1 egg 1 T apple cider vinegar
What you do:
Drain pineapple. In saucepan combine pineapple juice, egg, flour, sugar, and vinegar. Cook on low hear until thick.
Cut apples. In bowl combine apples, cool whip, 3/4 can peanuts, pineapple.
After mixture cools, stir into other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight or several hours before serving. ~from the kitchen of Trixie’s Mom
