Along Came a Spider
James Patterson

Very rarely have I thoroughly enjoyed a book with as many twists and turns as Along Came a Spider, without ending up disappointed somewhere along the line. The detective thriller pits psychologist / DC cop Dr. Alex Cross (also featured in Kiss the Girls) against the psycopathic kidnapper / killer, Gary Soneji. Just as the story seems to wrap up, it takes surprising turns, leaving you guessing and hungry for more. Yet the story never seems to grasp at straws, and flows extremely well.

For people that like authors such as Richard North Patterson, Jonathan Kellerman, John Sanford, John Katzenbach and the like, James Patterson should definitely be added to your “Must Read” list! As soon as I finished this book I had to immediately buy all the James Patterson books I could find.
