Bridget Jones Diary Helen Fielding
Brilliant!! Although this isn't a real diary - it sure did seem like one. And I am so glad that there's someone out there way more neurotic than I am!! The book goes through 1 year in the
life of Bridget Jones. Included are her nitpicky recordings of weight, caloric intake, alcohol units consumed, cigarettes smoked and lottery tickets bought; as well as the details of her
life. She struggles with things that all women struggle with at some point. Whether it's relationships, dieting, parents or trying to find a pair of nylons without a run when you're late for work.
It's extremely funny - and very real. I found it very easy to relate to a lot of the craziness she feels. I highly recommend!! (Trixie, Aug. 1999)
