About the Author Patsy Jamieson has a large and devoted following among cooks who demand recipes that call for healthy ingredients, clear instructions and that can be counted on to work every time. She has hosted popular cooking segments on CNN, Good Morning, America, the Today show, and the Food Network. She is a graduate of La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine in Paris and has overseen the recipes in EatingWell Magazine since 1990.
