Age: 22

The Interview
For an early elimnee from America's Next Top Model, Sarah was surprisingly upbeat and cheerful when we spoke to her. I liked her instantly. When I asked her if she felt like she had failed, she quickly told me no. "I gained everything".
Sarah moved to New York a few years ago. It was there that she heard about the casting calls for this cycle of America's Next Top Model. She left for LA when she made the semi-finals. Living with the other contestants, Sarah feels as if she has made some friends. "Unfortunately we can't talk until the show is over." But that is something she hopes will change very soon. "We spend a lot of time together."
Sarah's journey on America's Next Top Model may have been brief, but it wasn't without some hard work. "It is nothing like people think. It is really, really hard." Of course we see just a glimpse into their life every week, and we can only imagine all the things we don't get to see. Did we get to see the "real" Sarah? "They portrayed me well to kick me off. It is only an hour long show. They have a couple of seconds of bad walking and...."
Would she do it again? "In a heartbeat!" Sarah's only regret was that she was a little too unprepared. Her least favorite part of being on the show? The deliberations. "While waiting I prepared myself to go home. It was a lot of pressure - good pressure - but not a favorite part for me." she laughed.
Sarah is still pursuing a career in modeling, and we hope that she succeeds. As for the future girls of America's Next Top Model she offers this advice: "Get prepared. Know your dream. Look through magazines and learn all you can."
