The Review
This CD couldn't have come at a better time for me. I was headed to Louisiana to deal with a rather stressful situation. Thankfully I had the sense to grab this disk off of my desk as I was headed to the airport. When I finally had the opportunity to pop it in the CD player of the car I was driving, all of my troubles seem to fade into the background. Elaine's voice has an ethreal quality to it that soothes the soul. The rich music takes you on a vacation within yourself.

Elaine has played some live shows around New York and I would live to catch one some day. To hear the music live would probably be a pleasant shock to the system. This isn't typical of the music I listen to. it is soothing and calm. And it will forever hold a place in my CD collection for those getaway moments that I always seem to need.
