Tresa Street

CD: Ain't Nothin' Changed

About Tresa Street Tresa Street released her second CD, Ain’t Nothin’ Changed, which took 2 years of recording in Nashville to make. Her current single is the title track of her second cd, “Ain't Nothin' Changed”.

Tresa’s music was influenced by everyone from Tammy Wynette to Tina Turner to Cher Bono. It is country with some pop mixed in and a blues edge. Her looks appeal to the men, and her songs of love, romance, and life appeal to the women. But, both men and women are drawn by her musical energy.

The Review
Any CD that has a song titled "That's My Final Answer" deserves to be questioned just a bit by serious music listeners. The songs are simple, but Tresa's voice is distinct. There are a few gems, but for the most part I found it to become repetitive listening. As the panel of judges on American Idol are fond of saying, "Song selectio is key." Hopefully next time around Tresa has a bit more say-so in the songs that make the final cut. She's seems a bit too spunky to have chosen the ones on "Ain't Nothin' Changed".
