Center Stage

This weekend I felt like seeing some big screen cheese.  So I went to see Center Stage and that's just what I got.

It's not that it was a bad movie, just cheesy. The dancing was good, but it can't be compared to Fame! Plus, ballet just doesn't do it for me, it looks clumsy to me.  Men in tights...I don't know!

The acting was another story...It sucked!  My friend and I were cracking up. Horrible!

There were good looking people in it (but skinny), that is a plus. And there was a really good message (especially to young girls)..something like "don't do something in your life that makes you unhappy," and "don't let someone tell you what you are or are not and what you can and cannot do."

Well it's good to see if you want to kill a few hours (or you are a dancer), but I can't see it coming out as a long running show on NBC.
