Charlie’s Angels

Lucy Liu is my new hero. :) This movie is so fun and cheesy, I’ll have to see it again, then buy it on DVD.

The cast did a great job of entertaining the audience. Drew Barrymore and Lucy Liu stole the show. (OK, I have to admit I don’t like Cameron Diaz - but she wasn’t near as annoying as I thought she would be.) The Matrix style action sequences made the fight scenes fun. As unrealistic as the storyline and movie was, it didn’t matter. The movie didn’t try to come off as a “take me serious” flick. It poked fun at itself while honoring what the classic TV show was known for - hot chicks with brains in skimpy clothes.

A chessy delight, and the perfect movie to see if you’ve had a really bad day.
