End of Days

This has to have some of the most gruesome murder scenes I have ever seen. I had to come home and watch a light hearted comedy before I could go to sleep. There is also quite a bit of slapstick humor which just doesn't seem to suit this movie which focuses on good vs bad, god's believers vs the devil. We all know that 666 is the sign of the devil, but it turns out that we are reading the numbers upside sown. They actually read 999 which in turn becomes the ending of the world every 1000 years where the devil has the chance to take over the world. This puts an interesting twist on this years New Year's Eve celebrations.

It was pretty bad overall, with some very interesting twists on the end of the world and the end of this year. See it at your own risk.
