Magnolia

Though it is a crazy long movie, it is worth sitting through.  Tom Cruise gives a mind blowing performance as a macho how-to-get-in-a-girl's pants infomercial guru.  Also great turns by Julianne Moore, Phillip Seymour Hoffman and the rest of the cast.
