The Operator
From SXSW 2000
Excellent movie starring an up and coming actor named Michael Laurence who is starring in several independent features as well as some New York plays. He, along
with a terrific cast, put a well written screen play on the map to larger box offices.
Finally a movie where lieing and cheating do not go rewarded and the guilty get their just deserves. Do unto
others as you would have them do unto you. The operator makes my day when she makes the sinner pay for his far from pure lifestyle and does good deeds along the way.
See the movie as soon as you can. by Sheila
Finally a movie I'd recommend seeing. The story follows a cheatin', slimey lawyer who takes out his bad-day frustrations on the wrong woman.
The perfect revenge movie - whether it's philandering husbands or lawyers in general that you enjoy seeing squirm.
An interesting side note to the film is how the film was initially financed.
Seems the filmmaker was in Vegas betting on the Holyfield / Tyson fight. Holyfield won against the odds - providing the first wave of funding. The second wave of funding? The next Holyfield fight of
course. :-) by Trixie
