Proof of Life
An action packed movie with suspense and twisted romance. It was a little over two hours long, but the length of time was barely noticeable. There was enough going on to keep me glued to the
screen and the story line.
The handsome Russell Crowe and the delightful David Caruso, play mercenaries who save kidnap victims in foreign lands where human life is a matter of a pay off, big
enough to satisfy the kidnappers and small enough to keep the insurance companies in business.
David Morse plays an engineer who is kidnapped by the ELT. He is in the middle of a war between the
drug lords and the makers of a pipe line who are treading on cocaine territory. The pretty Meg Ryan plays his wife who finds herself in a love triangle as her husband battles to stay alive high in the
Andes Mountains where his captors wish to keep him alive, but not comfortable.
Must see movie for the adventurous types, or those who want to see something a little different to the typical big
screen movie these days.
