Snow Falling on Cedars

A Universal Pictures release starring Ethan Hawke and Youki Kudoh.

This 'touching' story focuses on the trial of a young Japanese man accused of murdering a fellow fisherman. His freedom lies in the hands of his wife's childhood sweetheart who has never recovered from losing the one he loved. Choices of the heart, of right and wrong, of forgiveness and of prejudice run through the story line.

The ending may cause a tear to fall from those who have known love and honor. A little slow, yet a 'moving' movie for those with a big heart.
