The World is Not Enough
Bond. James Bond. I still miss Sean Connery as the legendary Bond, but Pierce Brosnan manages to pull off the role quite well. A great movie for boys who like toys In the usual Bond style,
there are gadgets galore to help save the day and beautiful women for James to make wise crack remarks about regarding sexual endevours that are likely to occur. One of the female roles was played by a
woman with obvious breast implants who very possibly was given her role on the casting couch. You'll see what I mean if you see the movie. She couldn't act and her role had very little depth. I kept
waiting for the twist as to why she was in the movie, but the twist never came. Maybe it was on the cutting room floor because her acting was so bad.
A great suprise was when John Cleese was
introduced as Q's replacement, being called R. Very cute and well received by the audience.
A movie to see, but don't feel bad if you wish to wait for it to be out on video which will probably be
very soon. (Sheila, Dec. 1999)
