Days of the New
Days of the New 2
I was just recently introduced to Days of the New and their music, so I really can't compare their latest album to their first one - but I really like it. From the first song, I was captivated by Travis Meeks' voice. It has an extremely mature quality that completely belies his young age. It's also reminiscent of certain Jim Morrison songs.
Although I bought the CD because I loved "Enemy" - I've found that my 2 favorites are actually "Phobics of Tragedy" and "Real"
Two definite pluses to this CD are the backing vocals and the musical orchestration.

You can buy this CD or listen to samples here.
