By Tahoe standards, this is probably one of the better casino restaurants. What gave that away, was the way the Maitre D' looked us up and down when we asked for a table. We looked fine. No ties or suits on, but respectably dressed. Had I been the host and not the guest at this dinner, I would have walked out and told the Maitre D' where his high held nose belonged. The other guests were a little annoyed as well, but the host was starving and was willing to put up with the creep to get a meal. The waiters were very accommodating and pleasant and the food was okay. Definitely not high time dining as the restaurant tried to be, but edible if you like the steak and abalone types of dishes. The other guests loved their meals. The vegetarian sampler was a dish to play with rather than to eat. Eat there at your own risk and dress well if you want to avoid 'a look.'
