Circo in the Bellagio hotel is spectacular in its decor and in its food. The spinach with aged ricotta ravioli in a a butter and sage sauce was mouth watering, as were the other dishes of the diners around me. For a great meal be prepared to dish out about $50 per person, not including drinks. This will get you an appetiser, an entree and dessert. I must say, the wine list was quite a sight to behold. Bottles of wine in the $12,000 range were available as were wines below $100 a bottle. A great dinner for a very nice night out. One of the best meals I've ever eaten in Vegas. Treat yourself if you can and enjoy a great meal.
