The Road to Arkansas
(The Adventures of Trixie and Titi - part 3)

Booneville, ArkansasWe finally arrive in Booneville, Arkansas. We get checked into our motel room for the week just in time to see the Tornado warnings flashing on the TV. The power flickered on and off a few times as it poured down rain. Welcome to Arkansas in March.

The next few days were a quiet break from society. My cell phone didn't work until I got about 15 minuted away from the town, and there didn't seem to be an internet connection in town. The surrounding countryside is absolutely beauitful and the people were very friendly.

My cell phone worked and I could log on-line at the library. We also found had ourselves an unexpectedly good time when we ventured out for an evening....
