Travel Review
Oahu, Hawaii (Part 1) please click on photos to enlarge
Oahu is not the largest of the Hawaiian Island, but it is my favorite. Here there is life. Hustle and bustle if you crave city life and also tranquil zones for peace are only a stones
throw away from each other. The island is only 44 miles wide at it farthest points so you can easily take a day trip drive around the island and I highly recommend that you do
just that. The island is very different from one side to the other and there is plenty to see.
This island is home to the famous Waikiki Beach
where the sand is white and the sea is ideal for swimming and for people learning to surf. Colorful surfboards are stacked up on and by the beach for you to rent. There are also hoards of
tourists here cramming to take in a little of the magic. (continued...)
